【Yokai & Mystery】 Yanagimori shirine(Tokyo pref.)

"Keishoin", the mother of "Tokugawa Tsunayoshi", the fifth shogun of the Edo period, was originally the daughter of a greengrocer.
While there are various theories, she caught the eye of "Kasuga no Tsubone"(wet nurse of "Iemitsu"), became a concubine of the third shogun "Iemitsu", and later gave birth to "Tsunayoshi", who would become the fifth shogun.
She is truly a classic example of marrying into wealth.
This shrine, dedicated to "Fukuju-jin", the deity worshipped by "Keishoin", is still beloved by ambitious women today. (Nihedon @ KesaranPasaran Lab)

At Yanagimori Shrine, you can get the "Otanuki-sama" amulet featuring a parent and child tanuki statue, as shown in the photo above. There are rumors that this has secretly become a must-have item for "ambitious women" .

ACCESS : 15-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station

This "Yanagimori Shrine" appears as the extremely important "Yanagibayashi Shrine" in the anime (& game) "Steins;Gate."
This is probably common knowledge for people familiar with Akihabara culture (lol)♪

(The Kanda River, shown in the photo above, is behind Yanagimori Shrine, and that's also an important location♪)

However, just to be clear, there are no shrine maidens (who are actually male) at the real "Yanagimori Shrine," so please keep that in mind. Naturally, there's no "IBN 5100" stored inside the storehouse either.

If you don't understand what I'm talking about, please check out Steins;Gate♪
