yTown & Gourmetz@ Mackerel sandwich (Niigata pref.)

The Yoneyama Service Area's specialty, the "Saba Sandwich," is a truly simple sandwich with a generous portion of crispy fried mackerel, accompanied only by lettuce and sliced ??onions.

Eating it while it's still hot, seasoned with salt, pepper, and even lemon juice (!), is a simple way to enjoy it, and I felt a kind of "manly spirit of the Sea of ??Japan" in that!

Some people, even those born and raised in Japan, might say they "hate the smell of fish," but what are they talking about? Isn't this "fishy smell" what stimulates our appetite?!

For anyone with similar tastes to mine, I would definitely recommend this B-grade gourmet food! @(Nihedon @ KesaranPasaran Lab)
